Madina mall staff in muhaisnah 4 the women staff is incompetent she said the medicine i want to buy was an antibiotic but it is only vitamin D which is klamorex syrup.. and she so lazy to assist customer!!!!

It's already 5 days that since i call the customer service regarding the item that they sold that's expiring in apr2024 and promise to pick-up the item within 24-48hrs but until now no come to pick the item. Feels my hard earned money was robbed in day light. It's uncceptable service. I regret using your apps. Giving items that expiring. I will never use it again.
