Lifeline ist eine Kommunikation zwischen Dir und einem fiktionalen Charakter, die alle bisherigen Grenzen überschreitet. Über Dein iPhone, iPad oder die neue Apple Watch hilfst Du Taylor Entscheidungen über Leben und Tod zu treffen und gemeinsam tragt ihr die Konsequenzen dafür.

Der bekannte Autor Dave Justus (Fables: The Wolf Among Us) erzählt eine spannende, interaktive Geschichte über einen Wissenschaftler, der mit einem Raumschiff auf einem fremden Planeten abstürzt. Was dem Rest der Crew passierte, ist ungewiss. Der Einzige mit dem Taylor Kontakt aufnehmen kann, bist Du! 

Lifeline hat eine neue Erzählform etabliert, ermöglicht durch moderne Technologien. Die Geschichte läuft in Echtzeit ab: Taylor kämpft ums Überleben und sendet Dir laufend Nachrichten in Form von Benachrichtigungen. Beantworte sie sofort oder antworte zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt. Du kannst Taylor direkt von Deiner Apple Watch oder dem Sperrbildschirm Deines iPhones aus antworten, dazu musst Du noch nicht einmal die App starten.

Ebenso kannst Du zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt in der Geschichte zurückreisen und herausfinden, was passiert, wenn Du eine andere Entscheidung triffst. Vermeintlich simple Entscheidungen können schwerwiegende Folgen haben. Schließe einen Teil der Geschichte ab, um die Story erneut zu spielen und diesen Modus freizuschalten.

Lifeline ist eine umfassende, fesselnde Geschichte, in der es um Überleben und Ausdauer geht. Taylor ist auf DICH angewiesen!

Das Spiel funktioniert auf dem I phone aber nicht auf der I Watch! Die I Watch App verlangt das ich das Spiel erst aktualisiere das ich mir 1 Minute vorher gekauft habe! Bin schwer enttäuscht! Alle anderen Apps funktionieren ja auch auf der Uhr!

Das Spiel ist wie ein interaktives Buch. Anfangs kommt es einen etwas seltsam vor, weil die Benachrichtigungen wie richtige Nachrichten aussehen man aber genau weiß das sie das natürlich nicht sind.
Wenn man sich aber auf die Story einlässt wächst einen die Figur richtig ans Herz und man erwartet die nächste Nachricht.
Die Wartezeiten sind länger als bei zB Whiteout aber ich fand das sogar gut. Sonst wäre ich mit der Story zu schnell durch gewesen und das wollte ich nicht :)
Ich freue mich auf die nächsten Abenteuer.

kann mich den Vorrednern leider nicht anschließen. ich habe nicht den Eindruck, dass ich am Ablauf der Geschichte viel ändern kann. man hat immer nur zwei Vorgaben, die oft ähnlich bzw. eine davon dämlich ist. 

wollte es als netten interaktiven Zeitvertreib für die Apple Watch. jedoch ist die App extrem schlecht auf der Uhr umgesetzt. die App merkt sich nicht die scroll Position womit man dann immer den Anschluss der Geschichte suchen muss.

die Geschichte selbst, konnte mich bis jetzt nicht wirklich fesseln.

lest besser ein gutes SciFi Buch, da habt ihr mehr davon.
