Light offers an auto-renewing subscription to provide you with unlimited access to the VIP features. Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account as soon as you confirm your purchase. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal from your Account Settings after the purchase. Your subscription will renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The cost of renewal will be charged to your account in the 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

In spite of verbally responding to all the complaints about this NOT being free they have persisted with their tedious efforts to get people to sign up, only to find they have to pay. This is false advertising and needs urgent corrections. It claims to offer a 7-day free trial, but this is completely misleading. Upon signing up and entering my details, I was charged immediately without any trial period. This is unacceptable.
I requested a refund and filed a complaint, only to discover that many others have experienced the same issue. Despite the complaints, the company does not fix the problem.
This charge is unlawful. Customers are led to believe they have a 7-day period to decide before any payment is taken, which is not honored. I strongly advise others to avoid this app until these issues are resolved

I thought I’d signed up for 7 day free trial, but as usual I agreed to pay a subscription on a monthly basis, thinking if I didn’t like the exercises I would cancel the subscription before the 7 days were up. Money was taken from my account on the day I joined.  Hey-ho I thought if I liked the exercises it was ok. I asked for a full body workout, I’m on day 6 and the only exercises I’ve done have been for arms and shoulders, the same ones repeated each day! I always understood that exercising each day should be for different parts of the body and not concentrated on one area day after day.  However I do like the way they are presented and easy to follow. Needless to say I’ve cancelled my subscription and waved goodbye to £19.99!
