All my progress was gone, stages and plains I bought and upgraded all got deleted. So deleting this game from my phone. Of all the raiden style games I play, this is probably the best one available on iOS. Though if there’s a sequel here are a few things that I would want: Classic “raiden II” style music as an option. The soundtrack is alright for the most part but I think a nod to raiden II’s soundtrack would be a neat option, I’d be a great piece of fan service that I think most people would love. Make weapons have more stages. Raiden had only a few weapons but each had multiple stages with each growing gradually in power and becoming more awesome as it went. The weapon effects are great in lightning fighter 2 but I would like to see it pushed further. Campaign mode with your own customizeable fighter. Unlock and mount different weapons from drops that you find during the single player and use your earned cash to upgrade them. Be fun and would have a huge replayability factor. Overall good game and I hope the sequel is better(and free, but will buy if it’s reasonable). -- Spartan-076, 2018-10-24 ### **--- "Really good shooter but...." Ok I've liked playing this shooter, had been really challenging and great way to pass the time. On the other hand when I played this on my iPhone 4 I certainly didn't need to access wifi to save my progress it was saved without it. Now have redownloaded game and put on iphoneSE but now guess what: wifi is needed to play the game; what gives? This was a great non wifi game to play (it's s shooter for pete's sake not an RPG!) but now since it has to have wifi to remember your progress I hardly play it now.
