Overall app is pretty good but below are a few suggestions to make it even better for considerations 
- live updates for nap times vs only after checkout when full report is sent out 
- option for providers to enter “no nap” Vs just leaving blank
- daily report for check in/out doesn’t show actual times
- chat feature for child doesn’t show up for both parents. Ie. if I send a note to teachers, husband won’t see it until they respond

I’m sure the app is great once you’re on it, I receive very detailed emails and reports regarding my child but am entirely unable to access the app on my phone. I’ve reset my password, phone, and reinstalled all to no avail. The app still claims I have an invalid username or password.

We really like the app but we were uncomfortable with the former name (HiMama) because it was not inclusive of dads or other adults who may be the primary caregivers of the children in their families. We told the app makers that dads want and need to be included and that their importance in the lives of children  needed to be reflected.  We are so glad they changed the name to Lillio!

Activities should be visible as soon as they are entered by provider. Daily Report should be sent as soon as child is signed out. Waiting until 6:30pm is far too late for the daily report.
