Works maybe 50% of the time and never when you’re running late. Let’s multiple people book the same bike. Very frustrating.

Great ride

First time to use this company. I discovered that the tyre was flat on the bike only after I unlocked it but was overcharged anyway. I wrongly thought I could resolve that afterwards through customer care. The replacement scooter went dead in an area that it could not be parked & had to walk a long way out of my way with it to get a replacement. I wrongly thought I could resolve that afterwards through customer care too & got a third scooter. I ended up with huge automated charges to my card. Impossible to access customer care &!I am still going around in circles with online bots. Surrender your bank card to this company for unlimited incorrect charging at your peril.

These bikes are awesome and so easy to use. I love it!

SO SO FUN

The app charges you every time you want to try to take a bike a 10 euro fee that is held for a days. The service is good but locking my funds is unacceptable.

I am not happy. I had to go to three different parking spots as the others I went to were “full”. This was frustrating as I had to park further away from my destination and pay extra for it !. Otherwise I had an enjoyable experience on these bikes but the parking really ruined it for me.

Glitchy application not the very best.
