Lime cut my area
Lime just cut out me out of service without any notification. Now I can rent lime scooters in my area, but I can’t ride them and I need to carry it bymyself to parking in the different town and pay for it!

No helmets
I've been round 15 of your scooters and I haven't seen one helmet. But I see people wearing your helmets all the time and most of your scooters without helmets.
Can’t end ride, even in approved parking areas
Will take you fifteen additional minutes per ride just to end the ride, and a long walk back.
Charge without driving
Unfortunately, I was charged without a proper trip, the scooter was broken, and you can see that it is not proper according to the history of the trip route, I requested a cancellation and a refund, but I did not receive a response, so I do not recommend
Swap station minutes get deducted when swapping the battery
Super annoying. Also why can’t customer support as swap station minutes?
