Learned a new trick with the app this morning. It’s a time saver, thanks

I had high hopes for this software but have found it unreliable and unworkable. I always use Bluetooth Headphones when I’m on the phone and Phonelink doesn’t like that at all. However even without headphones I found the call would jump mid-call from phone to PC or from PC to Phone. And sometimes the call would be in limbo and not available on either, requiring a hang-up and recall to reconnect.

Had quite a bit of trouble linking Iphone to Phonelink but seems to work ok once connected. It would also be good if it could pick up group message functionality and remain active when computer ‘rests’.

It’s great to be able to answer calls and reply to texts on the computer while working on it but it annoyingly cuts off and back to my phone and I miss what the person is saying while scrambling to pick up phone or hit speaker on the phone.

Finally a link between the 2 operating systems. So go to cut and paste from iPhone to outlook. What a godsend.

It is impossible to update prefix ISD or STD code for the phone number. Makes life hard to reply on the same number when system picks up the code automatically

Easy setup. Can use the headphones plugged into my laptop docking base to answer / make calls. Texting using my keyboard is brilliant! Just trying to figure out how to play the music from my phone (not why I use it).

Pretty good app if you get lucky, works if you try long enough. Definitely worth it, have used it lots.

Helps managing complex calls which require more than just a conversation like extra documents and/ or calendar.
