Couple of issues
Turning off the repeat function is awkward. Just allow a zero repeat under settings. Alarm volume should be setable and independent of the phone volume.

Came for the seconds and stayed for silent alarm
Apple native timer didn’t have seconds until a few years ago. It still doesn’t have a true silent feature. This app does. Also, if you want to use two timers at once, this is a great option!
