Unblock chapter fails
I've been having some problems unlocking new chapters in your Literie application, I recently signed up for the €22.99 monthly subscription plan.
According to the information in your app, I should receive 35 vouchers every time I check in, but today that didn't happen. Furthermore, when I unlocked chapters today, this unlock failed twice, but vouchers were spent nevertheless. Also when I updated recently, the vouchers went to 0, when I had some already accumulated.
There are already many failures in a row. I would like to see the problem resolved and have the vouchers that were lost in these bugs returned as soon as possible.
Scam/ expensive
Total scam. You aren’t given the “daily coins” the vouchers don’t work how they state in the fine print. Spelling is rough in the books as well.
Monthly sub a joke
The monthly subscription is a joke. It is coins and can’t even have enough coins for one book.
Vouchers
I paid for a top up twice for $19.99 and $8.99 but I have not received my coins and vouchers there’s no way I can contact someone for this problem the money was taken off my card I would like to get what I paid for
Missing Membership Benefits
I decided to become a member because it should technically be cheaper with the promise of daily check in vouchers. This member benefit was non existent. I had a better experience before being a member at least I would get free chapter daily by watching an ad. That went away after membership. I am not spending more money for vouchers when I should of received with a check-in. I feel scammed. I did contact before writing this review three times with the feedback feature but there was no response.

If your like me you’ve probably come from the tik tok buts where it gives you a bunch of scrabbled letters and an app to search on, I expected it to be money hungry, I
But I basically edges you having a whole bunch of free pages for you to read but then suddenly you need 51 coins or vouchers to read. It’s stupid

so I bought a weekly subscription and it still makes me buy more tokens to finish the story? i’m so confused - this makes no sense.
Suggestion/Update
It would be good if you would put a Finished section in library for completed books. Also the book selection is great but I’ve noticed that on some of the books the prices have increased. I like the way the books trade on this app but the price is just too much when I can go to a different app and read the same book for cheaper
