App has no support, WhatsApp support is pretty useless as it tells to confirm the account via app and in the app there is no notifications for confirmation. that WhatsApp support advice to chat via app and there is no chat in the app. You will get spammed with promo on your email that spams the inbox as well. Recently kyc form was send and the form itself was not working (was kicking out) not sure how they manage accounts of clients in a modern way.

I have contacted to the bank customer service several time to fix the issue regarding updating my passport. My passport was expired in the app. I tried to update unfortunately it was failed everytime. They said it was the techinal issue and they fixed it and they closed my compliant case. However, it was not solved at all. I opened the case again for the same issue. They said they will update from their end. Since 14 Dec until now I haven't received any upfate from their end. I tried to follow up every day but no one is reponding. I am really disappointed and frustrated. Their apologies is just the words NOT an ACTION. I am desperate to update my passport to use their gold account and other services. Even for like this customer, they expressed the art of their service. I think this time I need to close my account and better use other bank.

First of all i would like to deeply apologize for the call being disconnected all of a sudden. I exhausted my balance and the call dropped automatically. Luckily all my issues were taken care of and i was able to get the name of the agent - Cindy. 
Cindy really is a star. The knowledge she has is unbeatable. Moreover her interpersonal skills are impeccable. She was able to answer all my queries with no hesitation and at the same time make sure i was comforted. She made sure she was real straightforward with her answers and that’s a sign of a real good customer service representative. 

Until now in all my time I’ve used Liv banking, I’ve always had issues, cause of the lack of human touch whenever i tried of getting in touch. But Cindy has single handedly changed my mind and as a result i plan on sticking around for a long time. 

Cindy deserves a raise!
