Video call cannot be connected despite trying many times (checked permission/ reinstall/ disconnect from wifi/relogin). Doctor was nice and patient but the team assisting not very helpful (told me to change another phone for the call) Eventually after doctor called many times it finally worked. Suggest to upgrade and fix app issues consistently to avoid wasting patient’s and doc’s time. Thank you.

This app is badly built, worst than the previous one. It crashes after login. I had to reinstall few times to make a Tele booking.

I got a call 2 minutes after the scheduled call but the doctor did not join. I tried messaging but the message could not be delivered. The call got cancelled after 3 minutes. Luckily I had the promo code so did not have to pay. I send the feedback using the app but did not got any reply.

Couldn’t connect with the doctor for tele consult because there was no option to receive the doctor’s call. So teleconsult had to be cancelled. If you are going to SOLELY use an app for health-related concerns, it has to be consistently usable. This completely spoilt my good experience with Fullerton Health - I am just left anxious and frustrated because I couldn’t access a doctor to discuss my health concerns at an agreed time.
