I don’t understand the changes made.
I have 2 MRN numbers. I don’t know how that happened. I called their customer service line to fix the APP issue because I can only see the new MRN information. I can’t see the old one , which is where all my appointments and test and stuff is going. Very annoying no one has called me back or fixed the problem yet. What’s the point of having the app or going to your doctor network if I can’t properly use the app.
One way to make this Dr-Parient option Even Better: I also have Physicians at UW Madison. They use MyChart for the same purpose. BIG Difference is patients Only need to LOG IN Once every 90 Days!! This is compared to LiveWell where I need to do this every 14 days. Since I manage 3 different patients w/LW, it can be a hassle having to Resign in each time. Can this time between log ins be increased like the UW App? THANK U for ALL You Do!! PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS IS POSSIBLE. Cathy Spiegel
This app is never a pleasure to use. It’s clunky and half of the time doesn’t work. Anytime I select my kids’ provider there are rarely any appointment times available regardless of the date range and I need to call in and schedule. If there is an option to simply schedule with the earliest available provider, I’ve never found it. Requesting a video visit generally brings me to an error page and call request..
Somehow the app confused with me and my wife.
It is so helpful to be able to send a note (with a picture if appropriate) and get a very timely reply from someone in the office. It’s like having real-time anytime medical services.
We made an urgent care appointment on the Live Well App for 3:15, when I arrived at 3:05 to check in the associate told me that the doctor was on lunch and will return at 3:30. I do not appreciate scheduling an appointment that the app offered only to be told to wait 25 minutes more before seeing the doctor. Why would the Live Well App offer an appointment time that is the doctor’s lunch break? I would give this review zero stars if I could.
The questionnaires that Aurora keeps are a bit excessive, but otherwise this app is very user friendly and logically arranged. I only wish they’d bring the “look up” feature back so I can understand the terminology used by providers in their after visit notes without Googling everything. It would be better yet if they also brought back the descriptions in the lab work charts. I think when LiveWell was initially revised, Aurora mentioned that the info was made available to us so there was greater transparency and the reports were supposed to be written in “English”, not Latin. Either that’s no longer the case or many providers have forgotten!
The messages should be improved. It gives you options on subjects to message about but doesn’t show what I want to talk about. Same thing with scheduling an appointment. I had someone send me a “letter” on the app, and after I viewed it, it disappeared. I cannot find it anywhere in the app, which is frustrating because I didn’t collect all the information off the letter before I closed it. Multiple things to improve with this app.
Late for work work for a 12:05 appointment. Not good.
