Livi – See a Doctor by Video

Dr Bastini was excellent and asked all the right questions and was effective in making sure I understood the problem and it’s possible solutions.

My wife was suffering from a migraine and needed a prescription. The web site says there are same day appointments, however after downloading the app, putting all her personal information, including photos of her ID and herself, the app only then came back to say there were no appointments that day. Why couldn’t it have said that up front? What a waste of time and insult to her already sore head

I am unable to use the app. Once I type my phone number, I get an error message

I paid for 2 visits this week. The first the doc just said take Tylenol and you’ll be better in 5 days (from Covid). When I got a nasal infection i made another appointment expecting antibiotics but was told they can’t do that from this platform. What good is it if you can’t prescribe meds needed by a patient? Wasted over $100.

My GP was nearly 15 minutes late to my appointment, and we talked for an extremely short period of time. He was unable to resolve my issue, didn’t offer medical advice, and told me to meet with a private GP, which is not a financially feasible option as I am paying out of pocket. I called customer service to ask for a refund, and was denied on the basis of receiving so called "medical advice" from this ridiculous video visit. Infuriating and a complete waste of £40.

I think it was a great idea to do a virtual doctor. I got my prescription and it’s all is great. Worked out great.

Appointment cancelled 18 minutes prior to scheduled time with no explanation and without offering the possibility of being rebooked on the more expensive slots free of charge despite the issue being on their side

Mon rendez-vous a été annulé sans aucune explication. J’ai voulu contacter leur service par téléphone, résultat un message qui me dit de les joindre par mail quand j’ai utilisé l’adresse mail sur l’appli, j’ai reçu un mail me disant que ce n’est pas la bonne adresse et qu’il fallait que j’écrive à une autre adresse mail. Une fois fait, j’ai reçu une réponse qui m’a paru automatique, me disant qu’en raison de problème technique, mon rendez-vous avait été annulé. J’en ai repris un pour cet après-midi, mais j’ai peur qu’il soit aussi annulé sans raison. Et le pire c’est que j’avais finalement pu enfin avoir un rendez-vous avec mon médecin traitant ce matin que j’ai refusé car je devais avoir celui avec Livi et ne voulait pas perdre les 12 € d’avance. Aucun sérieux !!

J’ai jamais fait ce genre de choses mais pour le coup c’est mériter je me suis absenter 1 jour au travail car j’avais une douleur à la jambe depuis quelque semaine mon médecin traitant était à l’autre bout de la ville ayant plus de voiture pour le moment je décide de prendre un médecin en ligne .. catastrophique tu paye 39 € pour attentre 2 h minuit je reçoit un message du médecin en me posant des question en répondant toute les 3 à 10 min fesant semblant de s’intéresser à mon problème bah oui monsieur et payer quand même faut bien qu’il face le bon samaritain.. pour au final me dire de prendre des Doliprane si j’ai mal et en refusant de me donner mon justificatif pour 1 journée d’absence prétextant qu’il ne pouvait pas sans donner de réponse et en coupant la discussion sans même pouvoir lui réponde merci 39 bal de perdu … n’allez jamais avec le «docteur » lool selon lui .. DR jeannin !!!!!
