I purchased the all time pro version for a one fee of $39.99. The pro functions never worked and two days later the app turned pro off all together asking for another fee to re-activate the functions.

Love this app. The developer really wants to make the users happy and is very responsive.

I looked for so long for a good heath tracking watch for my Apple Watch and after trying all the others I just wasn’t finding the value with any of them. All either too expensive or not the features I wanted. Then luckily I stumbled across Livity. Livity has been everything I could ask for and most importantly- FREE! I can tell that the app creator puts a lot of work into the app with constant updates making the app so much more helpful everytime. If you are looking for a health tracking app, look no further! Livity has been great and can’t recommend it enough!

Livity is a complete and functional app providing great visibility into what is going on with your body. I use it to track everything from sleep, to my workout routines, to the stress on my body. With the recent updates and enhancements I have moved to pro version to be able to take advantage of all features. If you want a good and solid understanding of what is going on with your body then I would highly recommend Livity.

Apple Watch gives you so may metrics that it can be almost impossible to understand it all. That’s where Livity comes in! It’s a super reliable app to better understand your overall health, your recovery and how much you’re straining yourself. Highly recommend it!

I've been using Livity for a while now, and it has truly transformed how I monitor my health. The app's interface is sleek and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate through various metrics like Body Battery, daily activity, heart rate, and sleep analysis. The Virtual Coach feature is a standout, providing personalized recommendations based on my current health status. For example, today it suggested gentle activities, which was perfect given my low Body Battery of 24% and high stress level of 82. I appreciate the detailed sleep tracking which breaks down deep sleep percentages and other stages, even when some data points aren't available. The ability to monitor my blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) at 97% has been particularly useful during workouts. While some metrics like HRV and respiratory rate weren't available today, the app still provides valuable insights into my overall health. The calorie burn count of 333 kcal was spot on after my gym session! Overall, Livity has become an essential part of my daily routine, helping me stay informed about my physical well-being and make better lifestyle choices. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to take control of their health journey!
