## LockDown Browser Description
LockDown Browser is a custom browser that locks down the exam environment within specific learning and assessment systems. When LockDown Browser is used during an online exam, you are unable to go to other URLs, switch applications, take screenshots, copy questions or print. It essentially locks you into the exam until it’s submitted for grading.
 
Important: This application can only be used with the Respondus Monitor proctoring system if your instructor has enabled the use of an iPad for the exam. If your instructor hasn't enabled the use of an iPad for the exam, you will be unable to use this application with it.
 
While LockDown Browser isn’t the most exciting app available, it does make online assessments possible. And, hey, you can download it for free.
 
This is NOT a limited-feature version and there are NO advertisements of any type.

I am not kidding, it is so HORRIBLE to use this I’d rather be tortured.

Alright, several months later I’m writing this part! Surely it must have improved? Nope. Not only is it extremely buggy, it’s also IMPOSSIBLE to exit a test without submitting it for some reason. I accidentally went onto another test and had to submit that to do another one. 10 minutes lost and a free 0 for me!

My ipad got locked so i couldn’t do anything. After i finished my final exam it was still LOCKED. I got home and my mom grounded me for breaking my new ipad. We ended up factory restarting it and GUESS WHAT!!!!!!! THE APP WAS STILL INSTALLED AND LOCKED ON IT! I think this app has led to my downfall and my heavy reliance on substances. I will probably shoot my family tonight and then myself.

Every single time I tried to use this app, it worked as normal, with no crashes, bugs, or anything others are talking about. I guess I do have a good internet connection at my house, so maybe that’s what makes it work.

This app froze my iPad during a test and I contacted my professor to see if there is a exit password or something, he didn’t have one. So I had to wait from 7:35 pm to 7:02 am for my iPad to work or run out of time. I tried hard reset but the app wouldn’t even let me do that.
