I have not been able to log into this app for months. It just tries to log into and sits on a loading screen indefinitely on a 16 Pro. I have the latest OS update, it isn’t a beta, and I e tried reinstalling the app. Nothing works.

The app constantly signs out upon launch. Integration with this version of IOS feels very flawed. When the app asked me to place an internal review inside of the app, I struggled getting through the prompts to submit the internal review. Got to the second last page of the internal review and couldn’t get any further (continue button missing.)

The backend hasn’t been updated in multiple iOS iterations, which is why the keyboard looks bigger when you open the application. 

The UI is in desperate need of a touchup.  It’s less of an app and more of a web browser that is just using the website.  

You guys really need to overhaul this.
