Lollipop - Smart baby monitor

Purtroppo non funziona bene. C’è l’abbiamo da più di due anni e funziona a intermittenza, quindi inutile. La nostra connessione funziona bene quindi non è un problema di linea. La prima lollipop dopo pochi mesi si è rotta, non andava la telecamera. Abbiamo scritto all’assistenza e ci hanno prontamente cambiato il prodotto gratuitamente, peccato che era rigenerato. Poco dopo pure questo si è rotto, sostituito pure quello, ma sempre con un rigenerato, questa volta rovinato anche esteriormente. La brutta notizia è che ancora funziona a intermittenza. Veramente un peccato, perché il prodotto è molto bello esteticamente…peccato non funzioni. Obiettivamente non consiglio.

Qualità video ma servizio assistenza assente ho mandato mail ma nulla, se non sono in casa collegata al Wi-Fi non posso controllare le telecamere nel live quindi se le telecamere le uso per stare in casa non mi servono, faccio prima ad andare in camera… inoltre le telecamere hanno bisogno di aggiornamento ma non va dice sempre riprova più tardi, ho comprato 2 Lollipop soldi sprecati

Ottima telecamera, l’app migliorabile. Tutti i baby monitor non Wi-Fi hanno la funzione che al pianto del bambino/a si accendono permettendo di sentire e vedere. Mi aspettavo lo stesso da Lollipop e invece no, per sentire il pianto (es. di notte) bisogna selezionare una modalità che permette sì di sentire ma che non si spegne mai. Se non ci fosse un costante rumore di sottofondo (shhh continuo) andrebbe anche bene….purtroppo non è così. Senza questa modalità al pianto/rumore del bambino vengono inviate delle notifiche, assolutamente inutili/inefficaci durante il sonno.

The camera has a big potential but the software (or firmware) must be updated. It ALWAYS turn on by itself and when I turn it off, another notification shows up to tell me that the camera is back on…stressful! It doesn’t worth the price.

La camera ha delle potenzialità enormi ed è di ottima qualità. La app e il Wi-Fi sono veramente pessimi. La camera non è così distante dal modem ma il segnale risulta al minimo e la live view si arresta in continuazione. Inaffidabile

After updating to iOS14 the live streaming interrupts after some minutes and it’s necessary to “Click play button to continue live streaming”...please fix it!!!

This camera looks great and is portable but its WiFi capability is a total fail. Never works properly and keeps acting up again and again. Super frustrating.

Keeps saying enter valid email address yet my email is correct! Can’t get pass first step!! Laughable!!!

This all is absolute dog poop. Says we have no wifi in the house constantly. It won’t connect at all. It stopped working in the middle of the night. I woke up to find my daughter face down gasping for air. The camera didn’t even alert us. Don’t ever buy this camera. Don’t ever download this app. Do yourself a favor and smash it with a hammer.

We used lollipop for 3 years and it was great until one night, and that was the last time we used it. Last time this was plugged in someone was talking to my son right before he went to bed. We unplugged it and it has been disconnected ever since.
