I have never yet been able to log into my account first time! Always displays the same “ mobile banking is temporarily unavailable “ !!!! Takes around 12 attempts, if I’m lucky… Just all round worst bank ever, my wife banks with Natwest, no comparison, a real bank as opposed to a toy bank!
Does not work or let you move between accounts easily. Not good
Sadly the newer app is having issues doing away with second passwords for Transfers but not much good if you can’t log in is it sort it out
Absolutely terrible service, I “closed” my account at the start of the year, but there is still money being taken from my monthly wage, and the best thing is, I can’t even get into my account because it’s locked and closed the worst credit Union, disgusting customer service, terrible all round, wouldn’t recommend at all
Now since You’ve updated I can’t log in called a thousand times to be asked things that I’ve already tried 😡 it’s not me that is the problem it’s you credit union
Every time I try to log in on the app it comes up with Internal Error. Contact System Administrator.
Used for the first time, easy to set up and to navigate :)
This app is rubbish does not have enough info, everything is slow about this bank.. it’s takes 2 hours to send money.. why I don’t no... if you got this bank make sure it’s not your main bank
App is completely unworkable, same issues previous reviews have said, i can only assume & fully believe actually that the positive reviews are from employees of the company. Website now requires a code to be texted to my phone for any online transactions, despite numerous attempts pincode still wont send to mobile. Please sort it out because it shouldn’t be this much hassle to get at my own money!
