Set up issues are painful and even after our IT guy got the connection sorted it’s only lasted about a day. Back to bothering the helpdesk AGAIN

Defective
Keeps saying my operating system is out of date even though I’m on the latest version
Battery drain
This app significantly drains my battery- on most days it uses more battery capacity than any other app, eg Teams, Mail, Safari, etc.
Drains battery
This app runs in the background doing who knows what and is responsible for 25% of my daily battery use.
Prevents browsing on Mobil data
In order to load apps or browse internet I have to disconnect the vpn temporarily to allow the mobile data connection to work and load the site
Saying old IOS although the latest is running
App Version - 7.7.0.650 IOS Version - 16.1.2 (App is picking up IOS version as 15.5)
Says no issues but I cannot get to outlook

What a waste of money. No wonder they only let you sign a minimum of 12 month contract.
