Одно из самых полезных музыкальных приложений. Как можно понять из названия - это "луппер", тобто программа, записывающая короткий звуковой фрагмент выбранной тобой длины и бесконечно его повторяющая. Здесь есть возможность использовать на выбор 6, 9 или 12 звуковых петель, из которых можно собрать вполне реальный музыкальный трек. 
Из основных черт можно выделить следующие:
1. Можно записать до 12 дорожек-петель, при чем каждая своей длительности. Длительность определяется в тактах и синхронизируется с изначально установленным темпом, что не даст вам испортить трек чем-то абсолютно невтемным. 
2. Можно записывать не только инструменты (включая сыгранные через другие приложения), но и голос через микрофон телефона. Не фонтан, но в целом может кому понравится. 
3. На одно из колец можно вставить готовый трек ударных, выбрав из встроенных здесь же вариантов.
4. Если встроенные варианты ударных не подходят, можно вставить любой другой из доступных в интернете или у тебя на устройстве. В принципе, вставить можно не только ударные - приложение поддерживает AudioCopy и AudioPaste что позволяет перебрасывать любые звуковые файлы прямо в петлю в Loopy.
5. Можно настроить автоматизацию записи, когда записав одну петлю программа сама переключаться записать другую. Полезно если играть непосредственно в Loopy и нет ножного контроллера.
6. Через Audiobus можно собранный тобой "мультитрек" направить в любое приложение для многодорожечной записи. А если использовать расширенный Audiobus2, то петли можно переправлять отдельно, чтоб каждая из них заводилась на отдельный трек. 
7. Есть традиционный экспорт на SoundCloud, через email и еще как-то. Но нет возможности перебросить сразу весь проект на какой-нибудь DropBox, что, как на меня, единственный недостаток.
В целом, работа с приложением очень понравилась. Все очень просто и интуитивно - дотронулся до кольца, и оно начинает запись (или крутится до момента, с которого можно писать, чтоб все было синхронно с другими кольцами, и тогда лишь включается на запись). С какого-то момента все свои записи я делаю только через него: выбираю темп, подбираю под него петлю ударных в Drum Loops, прописываю бас через iFretlessBass или ThumbJam, после чего уже пишу гитары. В итоге получается и хорошо, и удобно и достаточно просто.
