Just wished the good prizes like the gaming accessories or gaming decorations have more increase rates, the gacha rates are all terribly bad, haven’t gotten one triple A game let alone the gaming accessories, gaming decorations and technologies, and other really good prizes. Please for all the love that exist in the world, increase the rates for the good prizes because they are all impossible to get. I’ve been using this app for 2 years and a half and i still haven’t gotten anything really good like the ones i have mentioned.

I downloaded the app and I was awaiting if there is a Valorant Loot Card but I didn’t see any. So what happened to the Valorant Loot Card? And will it come back? I hope it does, but anyway the other lootcard games are cool. But I really wanted Valorant to be there!

- Survey and doing some tasks DOES NOT give you REWARDS. They say that they will fix or follow up it soon but after 2 months or so they still did not fix it. I already contact support for that more than 3 times but still no avail. Those surveys are SCAM.

- I cannot watch the ads to earn diamond or lootcoins. I have done the basic troubleshooting like reinstalling but no avail. I even use my other phone and the problem is still there.
