I love AJ’s apps, but when I come to relax I don’t want to be hit by a full screen ad pitching the Easter Promo sale. I paid for this app. Leave me alone and don’t bug me when I come to relax.

### **--- "The ad in the beginning for him is a major drag"
I have two other of his apps and I like them so I was bummed when he opened this one with ad ad for himself, inviting people to click links later (ooh, looking forward to getting links during my meditation!). I guess he’s gotten really successful so now instead of just being good and letting word of mouth work its magic, he’s chosen to self promote. As a component of a meditation app, and a $2.99 one at that, it’s bad business. It’s the last app of his I’ll buy because of this, so in trying to drum up business, he lost it. Who woulda thought.

The ad may not play every time. Still the one feels different than ones I’ve listened to in the past. It was clearly edited so the nonspecific hypnosis part of it is tethered to the weight losss part of it so that he can use the hypnosis part of it with other programs. 

Also it’s not a positive message. It’s “stop eating those fattening foods, those greasy, salty, fattening foods, those sickly sweet foods.” I mean maybe some people need that but I don’t eat anything like that. It isn’t positive, it’s negative. This was is definitely not as strong as the two previous ones I’ve used.

### ***** "I haven’t lost any yet"
I started listening to this in 2011. I ended up giggling over the way he says crunchy, fattening, sweet and etc because it sounds so delectable. Those were all my go to foods . It actually triggered my desire at first. I stuck with it and also tried his Positivity app. Then I added nearly all of the Andrew Johnson apps. I don’t smoke and am not an addict, so left those out. I only wish there was one for handling grief. Move On sounds good but wasn’t quite right for that. 

Anyway, back to this app. I believe it helped change my stubborn mindset. I now exercise every day and am on a fasting program. I’m able to stick to it and am hopeful that finally I can do this. Thanks for EVERYTHING you do for people ANDREW. ❤️

I listen to Andrew's meditations all through the night ...every single night.... they're amazing! This one however has a lot of words that begin and end with a long, drawn out S. It sounds like hissing ... over and over.. and I wakeup in a twilight sleep throughout it. I had to quit using it.  I would love for Andrew to create a new one!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this app/track!!! I don't feel like I've changed much except for listening to this every night before bed and I'm losing about 2 pounds each week. I did some research on hypnosis and weight loss which said it works so I decided to give it a try. I didn't like some of the other recordings out there but I found this one and realized what the experts said was true. 
Can't speak highly enough of this track and Andrew Johnson in general I love all of his recordings!
Now when I put my headphones in and start listening I'm fast asleep in about 1 minute!

One reviewer said since she started listening to this app she hasn't needed to take her sleeping medication. Let me second that. No Lunesta so far for me. If this app can help me with my cravings as well as get me off some of my meds...then this is a total life changer for me. And when you factor in the cost of prescriptions and food and the amount of money they cost these days, this could be the best $3 I have ever spent. I will check back in later and  let you know how it is going.

Most of the time Andrew Johnson's voice in this app is soothing and pleasant. But a sentence will go like this: "It's time to STOP eating all that oily greasy unhealthy food." The "STOP" is very loud compared to the rest. It feels like he's yelling at me. I think compassion, support, and caring would work better to get people to examine their eating habits. The STOP startles me at times, other times it just sets my teeth on edge. The worst: I have Deep Sleep, which has been great for occasional insomnia. Andrew Johnson is the narrator for that one, too. Now it doesn't work as well as it used to. I keep expecting him to yell "GO TO SLEEP." I need a new sleep app. Bummer.

LOVE this app!!  My husband and I have been using this for just under a week.  2 pounds down.  I'm not hungry, I don't grab sweets or chips.  I have been using this at night with my husband and then I use it again during my lunch break before I eat.  It gives me a little pick me up in the middle of the day!  Can't say enough.  Well worth $3.
