We had no knowledge of what was happening until we were summoned to reception where they demanded money I would be better if we had been informed of the ongoing situation

kapana who had taken the call at booking alterations was terrific, our hotel in las vegas is due to close in july, we arrive in august, Love holiday to our knowlege are unaware of this untill we had contacted them to see what the next plan of action is, kapana helped me theough the next steps thoroughly and sent over confirmation on the APP. so now we are awaiting a hotel which im hoping will be soon as possible so we can relax. thank you kapana
