Terrible
once I tried parking my bike on the rack it was completely full so I went to another nearby location to park there. That was also full. After trying to call customer service numerous times no one answered and when they did answer it went straight to voicemail. I looked on the app and it said there was some space on other bike racks in another town in Gran Canaria. I started riding there and after an hour of riding I finally got there just to see both racks were full after saying there was space in the app. Keep in mind I’m still being charged. I finally make it back to my hotel after hours of being out and have no option just to park it until the next morning. I went to sleep and could only charge it after I waited outside the hotel for an hour the next morning for someone to take a bike out and free up a space which was for my bike anyway. The seat was not stable and the handlebars weren’t great either.would not recommend . Customer service wouldn’t reply to means no one picked up
