Hello, I have used Lugg multiple times and had pleasant and efficient experiences. Today was unfortunately neither and resulted in an antique coffee table being damaged. Damage that exceeds the cost of the Lugg I was charged. To add insult to injury, I was charged for the time the Luggers were reporting the damage they caused to corporate. I have been trying to chat with a representative and am dealing with a bot. This is very frustrating - there should be a human on call during moves for these kinds of issues. I would like to be refunded for my Lugg and the damage to my item covered. Please contact me asap.

Ordered a van that was supposed to be big enough for a whole one bedroom apartment. My apartment was not cluttered just basic bed set couch and end table TVs etc. My stuff did not fit in the Van so I had to use my truck as well the loaders were rude to my friend that was there trying to help me supervise also my furniture was damaged. Payed over $800 and they did not cover the damage they did to my furniture.

Very disappointed with my experience with this app. I requested delivery of a media cabinet to my 2nd floor. The ‘helpers’ picked up the cabinet from the furniture store, but left it in my living room because it was too heavy for them to move upstairs. Ended up having to pay another service to move it.

I had lots of items I wanted to donate to charity, but none of the charities would come pick up at my house. Someone suggested Lugg and boy am I glad I listened. I was very nervous about using Lugg for a FB marketplace furniture purchase in terms of how much the cost would be, in case the movers didn’t show (which has happened in other utask based apps). but I am super impressed!! Movers arrived on time and had all the relevant supplies! I got answers very quickly from Lugg about how labor is calculated and what movers would have and cancellation questions. 

The process was very smooth and I am happy Lugg exists and I plan to use again!

They were over an hour late and forgot to load things that were already staged outside of the apartment so I had to go back on my own time and using my own money on top of what I already paid for to Lugg. I didn’t book a lugg to have to babysit the movers, I booked a lugg so I wouldn’t have to worry about moving my things myself and for the convenience. It ended up being extremely inconvenient, and took more of my time, money, and labor than if I just booked a u haul and did it myself. 

If you want a service that takes your money, wastes your time, and tests your patience, then Lugg is perfect. I would give negative 5 stars if I could. I firmly believe they should have given me a full refund because they literally forgot to move things, and hence did not perform the service they claim to, yet I was denied. Terrible customer experience and I think using Lugg is a big risk.

### *---- "Home invasion and attempted robbery by their drivers"
Two of Lugg’s delivery people tried to rob me while inside my apartment. They refused to leave. And this company’s customer support response was to issue a refund. Other than that; nothing. Wouldn’t even confirm that the two delivery drivers were fired since that would “violate the driver’s privacy”. Doesn’t matter to this company if their driver’s violate your privacy and force their way into you apartment though.

My luggers came unprepared, actively damaged my furniture as i specifically told them exactly what not to do.

I had to tell them to leave and stop touching my property, they were here 12 minutes and charged me as if they arrived 90 minutes before i requested them, and left 60-90min after they did.

The Lugg app gave them 5 stars and a positive review I did not write.  I am unable to edit the review and if I click any rating but 5 stars the app disappears.

IT APPEARS to crash but does not, it hides in the background.

I hope everyone who wrote a line of code for this behavior or stamped it for release has engaged in conspiracy to commit interstate wire fraud.

That’s a criminal felony.

SCARIER?! Apple will probably ban every single one of you from ever touching anything in the app store again.  Or I will sick the DOJ on Apple for criminal negligence.

I was really thrilled to find this company. I’ll spare the long story about how I got myself in this situation, but I had to move a brand new, huge (77in), expensive and fragile OLED TV on. Sunday. Lugg connected me with two nice and incredibly professional movers who showed up on time and did a great job. They listened to all my instructions and took great care of my TV. Not only did they do it the same day, again on a Sunday, but they charged me substantially less than what the store was going to charge me for delivery 4 days from now. This app is very, very good!

They will book you for a time and not show up. Very poor and disjointed customer service. I suggest using any other delivery option you can find. This is not reliable.
