The Luna Focus app uses the moon to help you self reflect and achieve your goals using a 3 step process.
STEP 1: REFLECT (features: Journal, Meditations)
In order to have clarity and direction for your goals, you have to self-reflect. One of the best tools for self-reflection is categorization.
The Luna Focus app categorizes life into 12 “focus areas” (home, work, wellness, relationships, etc.). Each life area is assigned to one of the 12 zodiac constellations.
The app looks at where the moon is in relation to the constellations to generate a journal entry for the associated life focus area.
When the moon moves into a new zodiac constellation, complete the journal entry for the associated life area.
The moon cycles through all 12 in a month, generating a monthly check-in for every area of your life. The journal entries are arranged for you to reflect, find gratitude, improve, set goals, and take action for each life area.
The guided focus meditations also guide you through these prompts with added visualization, equal breathing (Sama Vritti) techniques and Solfeggio Frequencies selected for each focus area. These meditations are designed to calm mental distractions and enhance your focus.
After one moon cycle around the stars you will gain the clarity you need to set your goals for every area of your life.
STEP 2: VISUALIZE (features: Goals, Vision Board)
Visualization is your North Star. It keeps you inspired to work towards your goals.
The app generates vision boards for each goal you add and vision board meditations filled with affirmations and solfeggio frequencies aligned with the energy of your intentions.
STEP 3: ACT (features: Habits with the moon, habit tracker, to do list)
The only way to truly manifest your goals is to take action.
Luna helps you break your goals down into simple tasks and daily habits added to your to do list.
Habits are where the magic lives when it comes to achieving your goals. Small actions done consistently over time compound to get you to your goals faster.

Moon cycles are ~29.5 days, approximately the amount of time it takes to build a habit. Luna helps you build lasting habits by offering habit building check-in journals synced with the moon's cycle to keep you on track with your habit building.
