FÜR ELTERN:
Lusha unterstützt Sie ganz konkret im Alltag durch Tipps aus Gesundheitsprogrammen wie dem Barkley-Programm. Nutzen Sie wertvolle Tools und Informationen, um die psychische Gesundheit Ihres Kindes effizienter zu verwalten.

Auf dem Lusha Dashboard können Sie die Fortschritte Ihres Kindes verfolgen und mit Gesundheitsfachkräften teilen. Dies hilft Ihnen, fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen und die mentale Gesundheit Ihres Kindes kollaborativ zu fördern.

FÜR KINDER (6 bis 12 Jahre):
In der App tauchen Kinder in eine fesselnde Dschungelwelt ein und treffen dort auf freundliche Tiere, die ihnen helfen, ihre Verhaltensweisen, Gefühle und Beziehungen besser zu verstehen und sie erhalten praktische Tipps aus der kognitiven Verhaltenstherapie.

Lusha ist eine E-Gesundheits-App, die Kindern hilft, im Alltag Aufgaben selbstständig zu erledigen, emotionale Kompetenzen zu entwickeln und soziale Fähigkeiten auszubauen. Die App beruht auf digitalisierten Elementen der kognitiven Verhaltenstherapie und positiver Bestärkung. Aufgaben und Verhaltensänderungen, die im echten Leben umgesetzt werden, sind mit Belohnungen im Spiel verbunden, um Kinder zu motivieren. So können sie kleine Veränderungen im Alltag wertschätzen, die ihnen helfen, ihr Selbstwertgefühl, ihre Selbstkontrolle und ihre sozialen Interaktionen zu stärken.

Diese App ermöglicht Ihnen auch, die Bildschirmzeit effektiv zu verwalten: Sie können die Spieldauer individuell begrenzen und eine maximale tägliche Bildschirmzeit für die App festlegen (z. B. 30 Minuten). Sobald diese Zeit abgelaufen ist, wird die Spielfigur müde und muss sich ausruhen, wodurch Ihr Kind zu einer Pause angeregt wird.
