Worst experience ever. I was a very active member for 8 months, spent hundreds of dollars on subscription & other stuff, one day without a warning I found myself banned. When I tried to figure out the reason I got a copy paste reply that i may have violated one or more rules. As I hardened & asked for specific details what exactly did I violate I got a dry reply they will investigate further and that was it. The only thing I can think of was my new username that I chose - Daddy’s Girl. And that’s after numerous reports by my side about sugar babies profiles. So disappointing 👎 Edit: after reading the automatic robotic reply from the developer you can feel the disrespect. Hey, do you really think that a user for more than 8 months will suddenly become a sugar daddy? You should know better. 1. Even I know that if someone is a sugar daddy or a sugar baby it’s always as they sign up. 2. What logic is it to you that someone will spend hundreds of dollars for 8 months and become suddenly a sugar daddy? 3. How is it adds up that I complained multiple times on sugar babies accounts if I’m a sugar daddy? Do your lousy homework & do the math. Nobody checked anything in my profile because if you did you’d find nothing. ZERO! You can go on with your pathetic replies and I noticed I’m not the only one with this compliment here.

Waited to get “approved” and then said I had to wait two weeks because I didn’t but I could pay $100 to get approved faster. Seems like a scam

According to customer svc, potential matches are 1st by location, then preferences. After months on app/Black membership, I’ve seen less than 5 people who are on the same continent while there are many in Nearby but I can’t match with them by swiping. The only way to do that is to use the premium Nearby feature And contact them without having any indication of interest on their part. The 2 viable men across the country that I did match with had the same experience. Most of the Likes I got were boys in their 20s from other continents, not at all the calibre That Luxy advertises. A huge number of catfish on this site. And way too many $ adds even after you have a subscription.

the auto greetings are so lazy, i refuse to respond. apps should encourage REAL interaction. the people are of decent quality and most are verified so it’s way better than hinge or tinder. but they used to be exclusive to a minimum tax bracket, it seems that has disappeared.

This app makes very little sense. Most of the people aren’t even in the US, randos try to video chat constantly before even a hello, people rarely respond to messages. I would never pay for this app. Maybe that’s the problem. Idk. Do not recommend.

First you have to pay $100 dollars a month and you are not allowed to send or receive messages from everyone,for more matches you have to pay more …BUT the worst part is that The same day I paid the 100, they closed my account because supposedly I am not the person in the photo. I contacted them, asked them if I had to send proof to prove that it was me and I NEVER got an answer, they just stole my money.horrible experience with this app

I would say half of the profiles I match with are clearly ai generated photos / fake profiles, despite being marked as “verified.” I can’t say black is worth it at the moment. All the likes, matches, and messages are coming from fake profiles or very old men or otherwise of planet. 😂 maybe worth it if you’re in a very larger city and have the patience to filter. Seems big in Europe and Dubai, quite in the US.
