Paid for a year membership and it renewed after a year. I contacted “Luciana” who seems to be a bot-point of contact on the site, however to no avail. She asked for screenshot of payment and to investigate. After sending those across, she confirms she can’t reverse the payment, however with no credible reasons nor investigation. I will again try to chase this with apple directly, however unsure if the refund will be processed or not and once this new subscription runs out, I will be deleting the app as I seem it an utter waste of money and time, particularly for my demographics. The calibre of men on there are a joke and a waste of time who wants endless chats and dirty night calls which I am not a fan of, even after filtering my location, hence I continually ignore. Best to invest that same black/platinum yearly subscription service fee into being out and meeting real people in real time, rather than some clicks. Good luck out there.

Just wanna know why this has showed up in my iCloud account when I have never ever downloaded a dating app at all !!!!! Please don’t waste your time. The app solely wants to take money from you. I used the free spin every day for 3 years and never had a decent win, even when I paid extra for it. Everyone’s abroad. The app search by location function is broken. There is no customer support - they just try to make out there are no eligible members in the area (which is not true). This app is 100% optimised for monetisation and 0% for user experience. Don’t waste your money.

This app is a fraudster app. I have downloaded the app for free. And after 1 hour I was charged without my permission 62 £. They have took from my bank and after 2 hours they deleted my luxy account saying that I am the fraudster or scammer. This is the nastiest fraud that I have seen in my life. It’s not enough that they stole my money then they blocked me delete my account and tried to manipulate me that this is I am the fraudster.
