Dear users, I had my auto-renewal setup to reactivate my plans for future. I have been charged twice but the app dashboard suggests that there’s no credit. The help line aka call, email and chatbot have been unresponsive for over 24 hrs. 

Seriously disappointed. 

My data plan expires today, and there’s no way I could activate a new data plan before my current one expires, due to this failure of efficiency I have suffered during travel a lot

Jag har försökt och nå en agent via eran online chatt med agenter men får inget svar har försökt i två veckor nu.
Har även försökt nå er via mejl men får även ingen svar. Är besviken eftersom jag har en abonnemang där de ska funka i hela EU men det funkar inte det uppges ingen täckning och nej sim-kortet är inte skadad.

I recently purchased a [specific plan or service] from Lyca, but despite being charged, I never received the service I paid for. I tried reaching out to customer support, but the response was either unhelpful or nonexistent.

This is completely unacceptable—I paid for a service and expected it to work as advertised. I would not recommend Lyca to anyone looking for reliable service and fair treatment.

Tyvärr rätt kass app för man måste logga ut från appen och sedan logga in igen för att den ska visa korrekt hur mycket GB data man har kvar . Plus data GBsen tar slut för fort.Annars är ok app. Varför gör ni uppdaterings knapp så att man inte behöver logga ut och in och kludda.

I order a eSIM but it’s not possible to activate or add it to the app! 

Needed to call support and they confirmed they have issues with the onboarding process!

I hope Apple starts to remove apps that have only 1 or 2 star rating.

You buy SIM packet, top it up, attach a plan. And it doesn't work. You can't make calls. You can receive calls. It just does not work. When you try to call, the voice robot says something in Swedish - good luck. Absolutely awful experience. 
update: the support never responds; the developer reacts on the appstore feedback, but then never responds either.
