This is the worst service ever. First they don't give 5g if you don't call them, but you pay for that. Then the auto renewal system is broken, incorrect messages all the time, incorrect charges all the time, but they never assume or give money back. Costumer support is a joke, quality of call is zero stars you can’t understand nothing what they say, besides they don't resolve nothing. Email support is useless… Don't use Lyca!!

自从上次更新之后，app就打不开了，现在买一个月送一个月的活动$49套餐40g，结果当时买的时候$51，信用卡到账$102，充值还完全没有记录可查。找客服也没用，银行截图都发了好几遍还不行，现在看活动优惠不给还黑了我一个月的话费，感情我$104只买了1个月40g的套餐，真是让我见识到了，准备换其他mobile，Lycamobile太垃圾了…

App not working for the past couple of months in iOS. 😡

I haven’t been able to access the app for months now, it just shows a blank screen and I tried the website and I still can’t get access to my information. I was hoping an update would fix the problem but still same issue. Please hire better people to fix the app. I really hope y’all would listen to these bad reviews. STOP IGNORING OUR FEEDBACK!!!!

It takes days to resolve a issue. The issues will not be resolved over the phone calls. You have to reach them via emails only and they take hours to respond. I purchased a SIM card on July 3rd and sent in the portin request. The port in request was done and they sent me the qr code for eSIM activation. The first QR code did not work. After multiple calls and chats they sent me another QR code which works but the QR code assigned me a wrong phone number. Again I called them multiple times to get this resolved. Finally they said they created a ticket and it will take 24 to 48 hrs to get resolved. Email response is also horrible. Now I cannot use their service and when I asked the account number and PIN number to go back to my previous provider they said they cannot provide that too because my service is still not activated fully. Wow a bunch of impotent and inefficient tech and customer service team is with Lyca

The Android app works fine and only the iOS App does not show anything.It’s annoying

I have been using the app for a while it works just fine but then after I switched phones the app never loads itself.

It forced to update and when I updated it, the app doesn’t load anymore, doesn’t look like it has been tested before release ☹️
