Me cobraron por un viaje y ni me recogieron

The app makes you pay first. The driver i paid never show off and didn’t answer the messages, then he canceled the ride and took half of the money because he said I didn’t show. (Bad app Don’t use it)

Desafortunadamente la aplicación solo funciona si estás conectado a una red wifi. Si estás conectado con datos no reconoce la ubicación para solicitar el viaje

The pending paid is like a rob directly. I found many charges in my account, 4 charges and one additional for almost the double!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM AND THEY NEVER ANSWER, they have the worst costumer service ever!!! Don’t use this app!!!

I recently used Lift, and I must say, the prices are absolutely insane. I was charged around 30 USD for a single trip, which I find completely unfair for both drivers and users alike. Today, the driver received a mere 10 USD from my fare, and considering they cover everything from the car to insurance and gas, this feels like a rip-off. Lift needs to seriously reconsider their pricing structure to ensure fairness for all parties involved.
