Lyft

Requested a Lyft and the driver didn’t show up. The app said I was picked up by the driver which meant I couldn’t cancel the job. It’s literally impossible to contact anyone in Lyft to complain. My credit card was charged for the job even though the driver was not even near me to pick me up and I was not dropped near my destination according to the journey map. It showed on the app where I was supposed to be picked up and dropped off. Don’t go near this app. I would give it zero if I could. Diabolical.

Excellent service from Tyree

Two friends sent me an invite which offered 50% off first two journeys. Went through registration process, awaited text from Lyft which they said was sent, to access but no text ever came. So no discount. Tried registering without the invite and instantly receive code to register. Decided not to use the service after that false advertising.

Requires the code but won’t send it me via text or call, I have in Irish phone number and it keeps saying it doesn’t support my carrier. What a joke

Dropped my parents to their hotel and were very impressed with his friendliness and service!

The service is great, the app not so much. It work as expected when on wifi but freezes and stops working completely when on 5G. So I order via wifi, then cant see anything while traveling and once I arrive and connect to another wifi, I can add a tip and give rating.

Drivers very nice and accommodating highly recommended- cars clean and presentable

The app gave false info. I was standing in -17 degC/ 8 F outside for 10 min as it kept saying ‘your driver is on the way’ The driver was ok, the trip was ok, only it does not say that there is a commission on top of fare, also a tip on top of fare.
