Установила для поездок по Италии. Зарегистрироваться не смогла, использовать соответственно тоже, теперь удалить не могу, отсутствует кнопка удаления. Что делать?

You wait 10-20 minutes and then driver just cancel your ride and you wait another 10-20 minutes if that driver doesn’t cancel it too. No way to leave a rating on those drivers, who pick up rides and then drop them!

Говорит, что не может отправить смс на мой номер. С Apple ID тоже не могу войти. Почините уже приложение, нормальные же такси были

the app keeps switching the drivers. waited for almost 40 minutes and nobody came. support is useless, gave me recommendations on how to search for nearby drivers. their reward for waiting was never offered.

App is fine but price algorithms are wrong. I visited one location that costed me 38$ but when I needed to ride back I got price 190$. Driver told me that this is rare location for pick up so people basically request and pay price for coming to pick them up from the city. However, it is usually not more than 50$. Pissed off and bo options to dispute.

Was told that my ride was $11.99, but was charged $17.99

Заказал поездку заранее, в 6 утра, в 5:55 мне пришло уведомление что поездка отменилась машин нет. Чуть не опоздал на самолёт. Приложение удаляю! Я бы и пиццу не доверено вам доставить.

The trip didn’t happened but I was charged for the ride. After complaining they returned me just the half. Isn’t it robbery? Then I ordered another one and I didn’t show up in 5 min and they canceled the ride. Isn’t it stupid?

No support for non-plastic cards. It asks you to take a picture of your card all the time.
