Lyft

Lyft double charged me for a ride. Tried to get some type of help on the app and I rendered it useless. I reached out to my bank and they told me that Lyft is the reason why I have a second charge and there’s nothing they can do about it. Lyft has yet to say or do something!

It was double the price of Uber… only reason to use lyft there was no Uber available!!!

I used a an address that works on Google, Apple Maps and Uber just fine — but not Lyft, who knows why! Their problem. Then the driver leaves me stranded! Luckily I just had enough battery to order an Uber! Lyft hired a driver that was impatient and left me stranded and could’ve been in a dangerous area, I didn’t know, not from around here. And their system doesn’t work! Funny thing is I used Lyft a few years ago and the same thing happens. Lucky I pad the drive cash and we used google maps. Drivers name is Mahoob in Annapolis!

I am enjoying the app but find that it is inflexible. As soon as my car arrived at the pickup point, about 30seconds into the trip I realized the hotel address is incorrect as this was one of many similar names chain hotels. When I asked whether could correct this by canceling the initial trip and inserting the correct address I was informed that the driver would get in trouble and can’t do that. I had to go to the initial address and then proceed to my correct by adding a trip, costing me double the fare. Not cool at all.

Uploaded $50… can’t use it. It’s just sitting there. Rubbish app

Can’t even get the code to activate the app never mind book a ride. Don’t bother wasting your time.

Everyday I have to wait for an hour in order for me to get a Lyft really annoyed, will be moving to Uber
