Overall the app is great and the option to choose a fast car arrival or waiting, adjusting the fare is awesome. I’m general the drivers are great having decent cars. Almost 99% of the rides Lyft app on the drivers, gives the slowest route, and seems avoiding the highways. This logic affects the driver efficiency and the customers personal time.

Impressed with Lyft Services in the US
As an international traveller, I have been using Uber in most of my different country visits, but when visiting the US, I was recommended by a friend to use Lyft and since the last two weeks I have been only using Lyft and I’m extremely happy with high level of professionalism, friendly drivers and easy accessibility..... Keep it up pls...👍🏻
