### *---- "Horrible customer service from the connectivity team"
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the unresolved issues I have been facing for the past seven months on your car-sharing platform. Due to what appears to be an internal bug, I have been completely unable to use the service. Despite making over 30 calls to your customer service and explaining my case multiple times, no resolution has been provided. It is conceivable that there is a serious technical error, potentially a corrupted profile or another systemic flaw, but the continued inaction and inability of the connectivity team to replicate or resolve the user experience is unacceptable.

The connectivity team’s lack of practical testing or a deliberate decision to restrict access to rental functionalities raises significant concerns. This malfunction effectively prevents car rentals from being processed, as users’ booking requests are not even transmitted to me. In a nutshell the user sees my car , books it , the money is taken from his credit card and then he gets an error message “the request cannot be sent”. Obviously I never get the requests! The customer care service keeps repeating me that nothing can be done is the platform is malfunctioning as I pay for the car not for the platform which is outside the contract. Completely ridiculous!

Furthermore, I am currently paying monthly fees of €600 while being almost entirely unable to rent the car, a situation that is both unfair and deeply frustrating. Despite these costs, the essential functionality of their platform remains inaccessible. Stay away …until they solve these issues !

Incredible that in 2024 a simple app doesn’t work. I cannot book a car, and the only advise the customer service gives is “log out and log in again”. What a shame

Er zit progressie in de app. Soms zijn er nog enkele haperingen, maar voor het merendeel is de app goed bruikbaar.

I’ve been trying for months to use the app as a digital key. I have submitted all necessary documents and although Lynkco promises to link the car to the app within a week, I’ve been trying for months!
More than half of my emails remain unanswered.
Only way to solicit a reply is a complaint on social media. Shame on you Lynkco!

Ik probeer al maanden mijn auto (eigenaar) aan de app te linken, waardoor ik de digitale key kan gebruiken.
Ik word van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd en meer dan de helft van de e-mails blijft onbeantwoord!
Enkel na klacht op social media, wordt er contact opgenomen om je dan te melden dat er ‘een probleem in de achtergrond is. Gelieve nog even (jaar?) geduld te hebben!

Een SCHANDE dat deze software op de Belgische markt mag verschijnen. Chinezen goed in mijn zak gezeten. Ellende!

Elke dag twijfel, werkt de app? Krijg ik de deuren open? Oei, aan de parking op het strand…geen ontvangst… pech… wachten tot de wind draait. 

Ondergrondse parking. Pech. Wachten tot de wind draait.

Vandaag een uur te voet terug naar huis omdat de app niet werkt. Door de regen. De wind. In het donker. Terwijl ik op een belangrijke meeting had moeten zijn als bestuurder.

10 dagen in Antwerpen de deuren niet vast gekregen met de App. Zeker geen waardevolle spullen laten liggen.

Meermaals doen ze er “service fee’s bij” tot het dubbele van het bedrag wat de eigenlijke verhuurder aan jou vraagt.

Je staat stil, aan te schuiven in de fille. Plots uit het niets gaat al het alarm af omdat de software denkt dat er een auto op je afkomt en er gevaar dreigt. AUTOMATISCHE NOODSTOP. Gelukkig is het de stilstaande verlichtingspaal maar twee meter naast de auto.

AUTOMATISCHE NOODSTOP tegen 70km op de liersesteenweg in Heist op de Berg. Gelukkig was het 23h ‘s nachts en ALLEEN op de baan.

Geheugen onthouden van instellingen? Zolang je de auto niet laten laden kan het nog net… 

De auto verbruikt bij normaal rijgedrag 10l op 100KM. Hybride hallo?

Een probleem? Enkel op te lossen tussen 10h en 18h. De momenten dat de auto zelf stilstaat omdat je aan het werk bent. 

Gemakkelijk geld verdiend zo. ROMMEL van de bovenste plank.

Ik gebruik de app vooral om de wagen terug te vinden na het uitlenen.
Wat blijkt nu: de locatie wordt niet correct weergegeven.
Ik bel dus om te melden dat ik de wagen niet vind en die blijkbaar kilometers verderop staat, later bleek dat hij gewoon in de buurt stond, maar niet volgens de app.

Ook toont de geschiedenis de voorbije reserveringen niet (meer).

Meerdere malen (14x) geprobeerd om een auto te lenen/huren. Telkens ging er iets mis of ging de reservering niet door. Maar het geld werd wel telkens gereserveerd/geblokkeerd op de visa kaart. 30 dagen wachten tot dat je 1400 euro terug krijgt die je niet eens uitgegeven hebt. Ik lieg niet als ik zeg dat ik zeker 5uurs aan de lijn hing met de klantenservice. Dat is jammer genoeg wel het enige dat positief was, de mensen achter de klantenservice.

Ik heb heel de dag tijd ingestoken om account te maken, dan probleem met betaalmethode. 3 keer moeten bellen voor hulp.goede uitleg maar toch niet geholpen. Zelf geregeld alles. Dan ben ik naar de auto half uur gereden na de moeilijke reservatie, ben meer dan uur aan de auto gestaan met probleem voor te verbinden met auto. Is niet gelukt. Veel tijd verloren! Heb reservatie beëindigd. Te veel problemen met 1 app!!! Nooit meer!!!

So, I just found out today that since I got the car via my company lease contract, I’m unable to link the car, thus making the app useless for me. That’s a shame… other brands allow you to link a car using the car VAT or something like that. Be better, Lynk & Co!

Horrible application. Tried creating an account via the app but this didn’t work. Tried it via the website, also didn’t work. I think the concept is great, but your application just doesn’t work! I really don’t understand how this is possible. Creating an application with account / profile creation are the basics of app development!
