## m-Post Description
Trackforce offers an integrated solution for managing your security workforce. m-Post is the component of the integrated system that allows capturing and reporting important information on iPhones®, and transmitting it to the web based platform for further processing. m-Post is used by the world’s leading security services companies as well as many other prestigious clients across different industries.

The m-Post solution consists of software that runs on iPhones® and the web based system with which it communicates and exchanges information. Access to our web based platform is required for the user to customize m-Post to their specific needs. Our web based system is accessible via internet browser; there is no software to install on your laptop or PC. Once logged into our online platform, the user is able to create other authorized system users, determine the layout of reporting templates, decide how reports are distributed, setup guard tours, etc. Changes made by the user online are automatically synchronized with m-Post whenever a user logs in and reports generated on iPhones® are wirelessly uploaded and distributed in real-time.

Guard Tours
Security companies and organizations trust the leading guard tour management system to deliver efficiency with their guard tours. Instantly know a tour’s status, progress, completion, and missed checkpoints. Enhance all tours with photos, videos, instructions, reports, and GPS location.

Post Orders
Allow your security guards to access needed information and ensure they receive up-to-date instructions with real-time updates and notifications. Ensure guards can easily pass down relevant information, and customize post orders by post, client, or site with easy-to-adapt templates.

Start/End Shifts
Upgrade your time clock system and let your workers easily start and end their shifts conveniently from a smartphone or desktop computer; they can either scan an NFC badge for added accountability, or use a password to clock in and clock out.

Incident & Activity Reports
Exceed customer expectations with Trackforce’s comprehensive real-time reports. Virtually create an unlimited amount of fully customizable incident and activity report templates with support for time-stamped photos, GPS location, and notes.

Lone Worker Protection
Ensure security guard safety by equipping remote workers with robust lone worker protection. Lone Worker Protection allows security guards to safely handle any risky situation they may face while doing their jobs.

**Some of our features requires continued use of GPS running in the background that can decrease battery life.**

I had this on my Samsung for work and it had the ability to use the flashlight while using the scan feature for use in low light situations. Unfortunately the app for iPhone doesn’t seem to have that option. Would be great if I could use that feature again.
