I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and Paid for it . When I checked in to the hotel I was surprised that this rubbish app sent a request for just king bed with no beds for the kids . The hotel asked me to pay for 2 extra beds and showed me the request they received from macqueen . I waited for one hour with the customer service which ended by asking me to pay for 2 beds for my kids . Ridiculous! And never faced this situation with all other apps before . Not doing it again with them definitely.

I checked more than 1 hotel in Istanbul “My next trip” it was same price in booking nothing special and they didn’t write any details with each selection of rooms .. For example in other applications they will write exactly what I’m expecting to find inside my room from services or view or space and pictures for each room type. But here was just the name or the room type like “Suite Sea View” okay so how it would be this kind of suite ..!? I don’t know 🤔

تشوف صور وتنصدم بالواقع .. كذابين وإذا رجعت لهم يقولون راجعوا الفندق والفندق يقول حجزت منهم ما لنا علاقة .. آخر مرة أتعامل معهم

Very satisfied
