I've had the app for years now and previously paid to upgrade to their full version. They recently added new features and if I want them im being forced to pay for them, albeit at a discounted price. This is a horrible practice- I paid for the full version already and if you add features I shouldn't have to pay again. Will not give this company another dime, if they upgrade the app again down the line they will probably charge again.

In my memory, I had the app five years ago and it was very helpful. They gave us overview of the rides, accurate wait times, etc..
The wait times are very similar to the Disney World app, and don’t seem to update based on user experience. I updated rides many times and it did not change wait times in the app. .

My husband wanted this for then Apple Watch feature on our last trip but I didn’t understand the hype. I loaded it again today as we’re gearing up for our next WDW trip and I am impressed! Looks like some great updates and quick load times so far. 

I was disappointed to see that every day lists the optional resort extended hours as potentially available. I also would like to see information on the holiday events and themes. I’m not sure if the food and wine festival is under dining but the MNSSHP and MVMCP would be great add ons.

Made dinning reservation in Disney world through this APP but Tony’s Town square restaurant said it’s a third party app and they don’t seem to find my reservation. I have to wait another 75 minutes for a table . This is totally unacceptable. Now I have to worry about my credit card information being stolen through this app with my credit card information being used to guarantee my table 😱reservation. 😱
