Por favor podría ayudarme a obtener mi número de nuevo me aparece suscripción no está activa y ya me aparecer para cobro en agosto, no me ingresa el usuario me pueden ayudar con mi cuenta, ya estoy el día q ocurre con mi cuenta o mi dinero

Buen servicio pésimo servicio al cliente

Tienen un call center muy ineficiente, pocos asesores y muy mal entrenados. Llevo 3 semanas tratando de restablecer mi servicio, después de haberlo usado por 13 años. Un asesor me desconfiguró todo y es muy difícil llegar a hablar con un ser humano.

Abrí la aplicación y me salió ese error y no me deja volver a ingresar y ya escribí al correo que me informan ahí y no me responden y necesito el número urgentemente y yo pago todos los meses

This app works fine it dosnt work bad. But there support team is slow! If you live somewhere else outside of the USA and use this app your support guy is almost impossible to reach… my account is bugged. I pay for a subscription and my app is up to date but I’m getting a 101 error and can’t log into the app I deleted and restarted tried calling the team but nothing… I work from this phone number and I’m losing a lot. They need a better support system
