Awful service

Have been a “happy” client for over a decade, when all of a sudden I was not able to log in, contacted customer Care which it was useless! Got me fooling around for over 3 months and never fixed the problem, yet they did not want to refund the yearly plan that I paid one day before the subscription ended! I Do not recommend this company anymore!

I’ve been using the app since 2013 without anything else but the app.The service expired on july and now I cant use it anymore! Plus i renew the subscription on the app store!
