I had been using Google Voice for my business for about 3 years and while it was okay, we were missing calls and texts because the notifications didn’t work well. We’d also frequently drop calls and they recently changed it to only allow calls on one phone number. My mom told me about magic jack because she uses it for home. Set up didn’t work flawlessly, it gave an error message I couldn’t get around and customer service wasn’t open. But somehow I fixed it and was able to use the number. We have been using it on our work iPhone for about 3 months now and it’s been amazing! Never any dropped calls, voice is coming through very clear and I appreciate getting emailed voicemails so I never miss one. The hold music is a nice touch and best of all it’s really CHEAP!
