The staff informed me they hadn’t received any order from Magicpin. I then tried reaching out to Magicpin’s customer support, only to spend another 20 minutes dealing with automated responses, without any resolution. In the end, I was left with no food and no refund. After nearly three days, I received a call stating that the issue had been “resolved,” and I would get only half the amount I paid as a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. The support team doesn’t even bother to respond properly. This experience has been the worst kind of customer service, and I strongly recommend using reliable platforms like Swiggy or Zomato instead. Magicpin seems highly unreliable, and there’s a sense of a potential scam here.
