Cant login my account after downloading app
Just purchased an issue on the website, the issue wont load on the reading page so i downloaded the app and i cant login. just so disappointing.
App fails to recognize me as Gold subscriber after updates
The most frustrating experience with their customer service. I upgraded to Gold last month but this month the app fails to recognize my Gold subscription even though it has auto-renewed, and I got billed twice, one for Lite and one for Gold. Contacted help and they refunded me for Lite but the app still can’t recognize my Gold subscription. Contacted help again only to be told my subscription has ended?! It just renewed yesterday! Finally I just cancelled because no one could help me.

Paid and I have proof of payment as well as the screenshot of my subscription is gold when I access magzter thru laptop web browser, but when access to apps, my subscription back to non gold status

Hi, i wish for 2 features I want to know each offline magazines that ive downloaded, how many percent that ive read? This is easier to keep track or to read again. Ans, i wish i can easily screenshot the page for reference. I dont care if it will save in the app or photo app. Tq

I’m already on a monthly Gold subscription yet I can’t download any magazine and the app still ask me to pay Gold Subscription. Why can’t the app detect that I’m already a Gold member?
App closing when downloading mags
Just installed it and purchase Par Golf mag but when trying to download it closed ... tried many times still same. Unable to download and read my purchased mag now
