It’s now garbage. -- Travelin1569, 2025-07-10 ### ***** "My favorite list taking app, but just a few tweaks?" 5 stars because I am honestly very particular about note taking apps and this one is the most satisfying to use out of all the ones I've tried. I just love the look of it and the way information is organized. Very straight-forward and easy to read especially with the outlined boxes, variety in font, and color-coding, unlike "sleek & minimalistic" list apps that make it harder due to the monotony. Got the ad-free version because I figured It'd be worth using longterm. I am very thankful for this app. Bug I have been experiencing: Whenever I make a new list, for some reason the app duplicates the list as an empty list. Had to be careful about deleting the duplicate, because once it deleted the original and I don't know why. General app suggestion: I don't use the web recommendation setting, but have to turn it off for every new list I make. It would be less frustrating if there was a more general setting I could turn off for all future notes. I'd also like to turn off how adding commas creates a new list item. Today there were two lists w that title, one w no items, one that was (probably) as I left it. Foolishly, I deleted the empty list. I watched the home screen as one by one things from the real list went away. 3 things are left. I can sort checked to the bottom and I can add colors to notes. I like the way it’s set up but it’s very very glitchy. Every time I use it there’s some glitch or another. There are 3 that i come across routinely: 1. When sorting one of my lists manually and it kicks me out of the app. Every time i go back, I find the list again sort the next list item only to get kicked out again, so if my list has 10 items I get kicked out 10 times until I finish sorting them. 2. I click on a list and it appears to be “empty”. I have to go back and click it again to see my listed items 3. When adding a new item to a list it randomly disappears and reappears when u reopen the list If it weren’t for the annoying glitches this app would be great 🤷🏽‍♀️ -- Lindas_evolution, 2024-04-21 ### ****- "Make A List Improvements" I’ve used this app for a couple of years now. It started to get wonky, e.g. “forgetting” items I put on the list, as well as other bugs and problems. They have reworked the entire app with a new look and many improvements. Thank you! Glad I hung in there. Couple of important notes: it would be nice if the app could remember items so you don’t have to retype everything. Also, app always thinks I have already put something on the list when I haven’t. I have seen this app listed in my searches for a preferred list but thought it was just another average list maker. Now, having used this for a couple of weeks, I discover that it is superior to all others I have tried — and there have been many. I am migrating my other lists to this one, over time, and eliminating the others. I find this fast, efficient and comprehensive. I am using this for just about everything that comes to mind that I want to follow up on or be reminded of. I am very visual so I find the ability to add photos and, best of all, the ability to add icons to each list item. Other lists offer a limited choice of icons, but this app gives me choices, through its custom search on Pixabay, that are far beyond what others offer. Wish list: 1. I use it to keep track of to-dos, groceries, break down larger tasks into a list of smaller tasks when I’m feeling overwhelmed, keep track of my art commissions, etc. My only gripe is that the app design looks a little dated, but that’s a personal issue haha. It does everything functionally that I need. This is an awesome app, worth spending the money to get the full version.
