Had to down load this app because the previous one was no longer supported. (It worked great!) THIS APP WILL NOT SYNC! Have installed. Uninstalled and installed again. NOTHING! Tried all the bases listed. STILL NOTHING!

Update - resetting network settings on my iPhone seems to have resolved this issue. This app worked great for a while. I’m not sure if it was an app update or iOS update, but the app is now a little glitchy with my S755 bases. If I leave the app open after using it, then try to use it again a few minutes later, the base doesn’t respond. I have to go back to the app landing page, select the bed again and then the app works again. First world problem, but nonetheless frustrating.
Does not work with iPhone. They are aware of problems but has not fixed.
Does this program ever work? It’s insane to have to restart the app over and over and over reboot your phone and it still doesn’t work. Who on earth wrote this program
I just purchased the M455 Malouf adjustable frame. The frame works great with the remote control that came with it. I downloaded the app for my iPhone but it will not sync to my phone nor to my wife’s phone. I don’t know it’s the app or the bed that is the problem.
The watch app simply doesn’t work on my Apple Watch 6 or Ultra watches. Says “Your iPhone is not responding. Open the app on your phone and try again.” Did that. Rebooted both devices. Uninstalled and reinstalled apps on both. Same message each time. Main app works okay. A little clunky to set up for split bed (after choosing model for your side of bed you have choose model again for other side as if you might have two different models). I’ve had to delete and reset my setup about monthly for the last two years.
The anti snore feature stopped working. Have been sending emails for 6 months and call but this feature still does not work. No one from the company response to this problem. The app has errors but does not tell you how to fix this feature. Spending almost $3000.00 for this base and does not perform as expected.
Please fix does not find based on current iOS
As others already mentioned, the Apple Watch app is not working. This was one of the features that tipped me over the edge from buying a different brand. The split King base is not cheap and this is very frustrating. Please fix. Also, tapping on App Support brings up a website with a 404 error code. Not a happy customer right now. Will change review when this is fixed.
We have the remote paired with the bed, I also have the app on my iPad so I can adjust from there. My husband also has the app on his iPhone, but it won’t pair! Is there a limit to how may apps can be paired to the same bed? If so…very dumb!
