Awesome application
Useful and Awesome application, now users can reset & unclock accounts from the mobile device securely.
Absolute garbage
This app is such a pain a use. It is so slow, everything takes forever to load if it even loads. The app constantly times outs or just fails to do what lever it is you’re trying to do. It’s also incredibly annoying that you can’t copy and paste a password into the app when doing a password reset. I use passwords from a password keeper but since I can’t copy and paste them into the app for a reset it leaves me no other choice but to use a weak password. The app also looks like something from ios4, it’s a joke.
Updated version not functioning
The most current version was downloaded for iPhone and it gets stuck at the Fingerprint Authentication page. There’s no where to go other than back home to start over.
Unable to connect to the server
The app is very easy to use and manage but doesn’t work when it needs to.
