This app is still plagued by the bugs in adding memberships and most of all tickets to Apple wallet.
3 years now and it has not advanced one bit.
It’s so frustrating that a simple process is over complicated by design. Not helped by the really poor structure and mgt in customer services who think that sending a generic email closes the incident.
Do better city, it hardly encourages supporters to buy tickets and do a 400 mile round trip if we have to endure this leading up to the game.

I’m really disappointed with the Manchester City app. I’ve followed all the steps to download my mobile pass, but I still couldn’t do it. I submitted multiple requests for help through the app, but I’ve received no response. I even called the customer service number listed in the app and waited on hold for hours, but no one answered. Despite all my efforts, I’m still unable to resolve this issue, and it’s really frustrating!
